Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We manufacture and pack our rubber bands, safety pins, naphthalene balls, and household essentials with care. This policy covers returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed directly with LEO Rubber Bands / Metro Marketing, Vijayawada.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests for:

• Products that arrive damaged in transit.
• Manufacturing defects (e.g. incorrect weight, damaged packaging, wrong item shipped).
• Orders that do not match what was confirmed at the time of booking.

Due to the nature of our products (loose-packed rubber bands, pins, and consumables), we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not defective, unless the item shipped differs from what was ordered.

3. Reporting a Problem

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@leostore.in or +91-9440137934, along with:

• Your order details (date, products, quantity).
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging.

4. Resolution

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following, depending on the case:

• Replacement of the affected item(s) in your next dispatch or a dedicated shipment.
• Refund for the affected item(s), processed to the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI) within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Credit note adjusted against a future order, if preferred by the buyer.

5. Bulk / Wholesale Orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, any discrepancy in quantity, weight, or specification should be flagged to our sales team immediately upon receipt. We work with our wholesale partners on a case-by-case basis to resolve shortages, damage, or quality concerns.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after an order has been dispatched.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery, except where a longer inspection period was agreed in writing.
