1. Order Confirmation

Since the Site does not process online checkout, shipping begins only after your order — quantity, product, delivery address, and price — is confirmed with our sales team by phone or email, and payment terms are agreed.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Retail / small quantity orders: dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Bulk / wholesale orders: dispatched within 3–7 business days depending on quantity and stock availability. Custom specifications may require additional production time, which our sales team will communicate at the time of order.

3. Coverage Area

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partners. International shipping is available for bulk export orders — contact our sales team with your destination country and order volume for freight and customs details.

4. Freight & Charges

Shipping charges depend on order weight, volume, and destination, and are communicated before dispatch. For large wholesale orders, freight is typically calculated at actuals based on the transporter selected.

5. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within India depending on the destination and courier/transport partner. Remote areas may take longer. International delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method.

6. Tracking

For orders shipped via courier, tracking details are shared with you by phone, email, or WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched. For freight/transport bookings on bulk orders, our team will share the transporter and LR (lorry receipt) details.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a package is visibly damaged or a shipment does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at support@leostore.in or +91-9440137934 within 48 hours of expected/actual delivery so we can investigate with the transporter.
